AQUA Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Frank Rosa and is located in Syracuse, NY. AQUA brings over 40 years experience to bare in dealing with potable water, wastewater, boilers, cooling towers and all phases of HVAC systems. Its purpose is to allow unhampered assistance to clients sans overriding control by a corporate office. It’s founder and president, Frank Rosa, remains involved in the effort to control Legionella world-wide. Frank Rosa is a graduate chemist with a minor in Biology who has over 40 years of experience in water treatment. He is the author of two books on this subject, 'Water Treatment Specification Manual' (McGraw-Hill 1983) and 'Legionnaires' Disease Prevention & Control' (BNP 1993). He has a history of several published articles on the subject as well. In 1986 Frank founded Aqua Technical Services, Inc. in Syracuse, N.Y. and he currently serves as its president. He is a member of a number of trade organizations and has chaired numerous committees revolving around the issue of potable water systems. He directed a Legionella seminar in Singapore, March 29th 2000, has spoken at many seminars, and has won several awards for his work on the subject of water treatment.
